Hi-I've been watching the retro TV station & I just love the old Kojak's!
I have seen a couple of mono boomboxes & of course the 73' Buick Century 455!! It's a nice tire burner!!

I really like Telly Savalas in this series-what a cool guy.
Too bad he passed away many years ago.

This series ran from 73' to 78' or so.
It reminds me of Manhattan when I was there in the spring of 80' buying my Sanyo M9970!! :-)
Got to love it! Have a great weekend-GB.

Kojak was ok but I loved Starsky and Hutch and their Ford Torino.  I am not sure but there had to have been some boomers on that series

Ahhh, Kojak and Crocker. Man, those were the days. I still use his line on my wife, "Who loves ya, baby?" :-D

I also had one of the Kojak Corgi toys as a kid. Did anyone else have one??

Still got mine, pretty good condition but the little red light got pushed into the car so I wangled it back out managed to glue it with the tiniest dab of superglue. :-P

That's crazy cool Bobby!! I've neve seen one of those!

I'd love to have one of those-better yet the Century but they are rare.

Another favorite is Hawaii 5-0! Jack Lord drove the 1968' Mercury Park lane for 8 years in that show!!!!!!!
I drove one-same color, same year but my brother in laws and then my brothers car had the 390 4V 315 horse which was so smooth & powerful!! had my brother & some frineds in it & I was driving and I covered the speedometer & asked how fast are we going? They said around 70-75 one sdaid maybe 80.well I shoed them-It was 110!!
Loved that car-me & my brother hit 132 & it was climbing! :-D

Jack Lord's was the infamous 428 4V with the 335 hp-I don;t think it was the super rare 365 interceptor-the RPM where the horsepowerpeaked was 5400 vs, 4800 for the 335hp.. The 428 was groosly underated BTW!! :-O

Thanks ofr that cool photo!!-Jeff. :-) :-O :surf:  :agree: :agree:
