Cant wait to hear it once its finished. Earlier post about the bass/treble hack surround and ACS I'm going to have a go at. And then a bluetooth module of some description.Soft dome tweeters come from an ik500 Kicker ipod dock 4ohm 10watts each.

I'm digging those tweeter installs! Very factory fitted looking!, those tweeters should make a world of difference. Are they just hot glued into place?

Are you going to be able to seal that opening again? That speaker chamber is originally sealed through the rear basket and necessary for that smallish front speaker to produce mid bass, otherwise it’ll sound like a tweeter.

Its locked in place with the moulding shaped around the tweeter and hot melt glue in the back and weld bonded to the surface. It is fully sealed the black trim is actually screwed to the outside of the box and tweeter mounted to that. Just drilled a small hole for the wires and into the small driver cabinet and resealed it. Cheers.

Sounds absolutely amazing the ACS on option is excellent the surround mode jumps out at you. Bass and treble controls excellent. Big thanks for the pinned post for this mod.
