JVC M70 Top panel

Hi guys, I'm looking for (non-Japanese) top panel for the JVC M70. Mine is in quite bad condition and was thinking about exchanging it.
Or maybe someone knows some good way how to "refresh" it?

The victor top panel is very different. I would wait around for another one to pop up on ebay.
