Possibly, the "not available in the USA" thing is because this, like much of the most objective international news coverage around the planet, is from the Aljazeera network.
Thinks: Can you not switch your digital TV PVR to the Aljazeera channel and download the interview from there or from the Aljazzeera site where it's available for at least seven days. It's 25 minutes of very interesting TV.
