Got at last flea a GRUNDIG mono in good condition.
First i won´t take it, but the price was dumpable and so it came with me...
First look - nothing special
But there are some interesting details.
Look at the 2 meters.
One is for tuning, the other one a scale for the mechanical station presets.
Nice big mic:
The scaleillumination is only activated, when pressed the manual tuning button.
It eats chrome tapes
a 120min mechanical timer! :sin:
And there must be 2 speakers inside.
Playing at 1, sound is weak
Switching to both, wooow, amazing strong
vol, bass, treble
funny, the button discription is at the pullout-grip
Very strange:
Play, stop , rec goes over buttons
FF + rew over a slider!
And the pause button:
If you want to fix it, you must push it and slide backwards.
For release pull it towards and loose it
a few buttons...
station presets :sin:
Waveband switches
The tuning know owns a flip out handle
massive backside
station presets
Manual switch for batt/AC
The plexiglass button owns a eye!
When pushing it, a batt.symbol appears
cable storage
Batteriecompartment with own battery holder!
But this strange mono rules!
The sound is very strong, when both speakers activated!
Thanks for watching.
