its a super limited sampler but back in the day it was considered pretty cool. i didnt get the drive with it but i am going to use it for some stuff anyways.
its hard to imagine this unit being useful i mean at the full sampling rate you got one seconds worth of twelve bit glory.
my early experimentations with it have revealed the real fun is in how the really low rates sound.
this is from the time where samplers were really really exotic for most musicians. i mean a grand for a sampler was peanuts. my big emax i think clocked in at about five grand when it was new.
i screwed around sampling some vinyl with it today and well it sounds pretty good actually it sounds amazing.
this box was used by a lot of artists and i am pretty sure this was the future sound of londons fave sampler during there heyday.
