I really love you guys here. As boomboxery buds, or real friends in real life, I appreciate what you all bring to the hobby. We all know there are some bad apples that try to bring us down or discourage us from doing what we love.

I love boomboxes.
I love it here.
I love my family.
I love my friends.


Try to look past the ones that make our days a living heck. Listen to our bbxery members that warn us of the ones that are out to hurt.

Thanks, Brother Joe. This has been a great place to learn and share and meet great people. This has brought many people together that normally would never have crossed paths. Just to have Boomboxery pals all over is great. especially, if You might be travelling through they're parts of the woods. I've been blessed to have met some awesome members. ^ good call. I will try for sure, but I'm knee deep into it with another collector that is threatening my family. I'm trying to keep my head up and also collecting everything he has been posting to build a case.

I'm sure this will offend a few, but if you're living your life on Facebook, hashing out your problems in public then your a loser! If this guy was a "Real" collector with any morals he would be here on Boomboxery as a revered member.

I have seen allot go on here over the years and it always plays out the same, the cream rises to the top and the trouble makers fade away or get banned.

There are people that are living the "Boombox Lifestyle". That does not include quick flips on eBay, selling junk boxes with poor descriptions or publicly bad mouthing other enthusiasts when the moment suits you.

What it does include is:
Collecting for the love of it
Sharing, trading, bartering, selling, buying and doing so on a SQUARE DEAL
Fixing, cleaning and repairing
Taking your radio out to locations where you can share music
Spreading the boombox culture as a positive good will ambassador

Of course the list can go on and on, but it should never EVER be hurtful or aggressive, once you've crossed into that territory...POOF! You're Gone!

I know who Joe is talking about and he used to be a member here - actually he had two accounts. Both accounts were closed some months ago and he is no longer welcome here.

Yes. FD is correct.

I ventured outside of the box and didn't listen to the warnings. Its my own fault.


We managed to come to an understanding as how to settle this, so we should be ok from this point on.


The point of the thread was just to bring up my spirits, remind eachother about what is important in life, and confide/thank in all the members that are here. This is a nice place to come to.


I can't say enough about all the support and how it has helped. Thanks bro's.
