heres the deal-

girls buy the type of beach chairs that can lay flat - ( with the backrest all the way down )
so they can tan topless and get theirs butts nice and colorful and read girly magazines

to my vast knowledge of this activity --
NONE of these ' flat chairs ' ever have armrests or shelves or even cell fone holders

mine has all that = YES!!!!!!!!!
