Terry (aka Brian From Brisbane) Male, 46 years old this year, Missing a GF-=555 I used to have when I was younger...seems a nephew now has it, but doesn't want to part with it, also not in the pristine condition it used to be in.

Never mind, move on I say! :-/

Looking forward to contributing to this board, looking forward to replacing my GF, maybe with something different. Can't just stop at one though! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)

Welcome aboard, Terry! We hope you enjoy your stay.

Good luck on your quest for the GF-555, but be warned... it's difficult to buy only one boombox. I hope you have a big garage.

Right on! Another sharp guy!

I got into this hobby three years ago, looking to replace my childhood Sharp GF-9292

Sixteen boomers later.... I still scour around looking for more (ebay, thrift stores, flea markets, etc....)

The truth is, these guys here keep me comin' back for more!

Welcome to the #1 vintage-electronics-enabler site in the world! :w00t:
