That's a really nice "ninja" discolite. :ninja:  Is the plate for the battery contact? If so, that should be an easy fix with a soldering iron.

If you broke the tape door, I presume you still have all the bits. In that case, DO NOT USE SUPERGLUE or anything like that. The ONLY thing strong enough for a repair like this is not glue, but acrylic solvent to "weld" the pieces back together.

I posted a thread way back, you'll need to find it yourself, about how to do it.

Like this guy found success following my recommendations:

No Holly. Acrylic solvent actually "melts" the plastic. Once evaporated, the plastic bits will be chemically "welded" back together and should be about as strong as before the break. There is no fillers or anything like that. The solvent disappears after doing it's job. The repair basically involves the 2 pieces melding back together.

Epoxy, on the other hand, is a filler and strong but requires and relies on a fillet for strength but keep in mind that resin won't flex at the same rate as the original virgin plastic and this discrepency will cause the repair to break again if the parts are flexed. Oh, and resin isn't really strong at all.

Don't worry about broken tape door holder. You can replace from another cassette deck.
If you don't spare parts, go to the flea market and buy the cheapest boombox you find.
Before buying, open cassette door and carefully look cassete deck.
This is standart cassette deck:

it looks like the front panel of the box is removable , have you tried pulling the halves apart with the tape door open ? , plus check inside the tape well and the battery compartment to see if you missed any screws.
