Hitachi TRK8600 impossible to close the door

I recovered this boombox but the former owner was not very careful, and it was a big smoker ... I have a problem with the door that does not remain closed. Can you help me ? I have a doubt especially on the hook metal, it seems to be a little twisted. Maybe a piece of plastic is missing at the door ... Thanks in advance

I went through the same problem once but figured out a way to close it. I need to look up.

When you’re putting the door back on, the eject button needs to be pressed down. When the door is in the closed position release the button.

Ok, thanks a lot guys. Door is OK now but the switch tape/radio/line in needed to be cleaned.
