Hitachi TRK-7620H cassette player no sound

I've read some previous post with similar issues but failed to write down ideas for repair. I'll look in here again but any ideas are welcome thanks

You might want to describe your problem with some more details such as:
When does it and when doesn't it work?
Does it work using the aux in?
Can you hear it through the headphone jack?
