The peak power handling rating comes from the fact the speaker can probably take the peak power for a millisecond
Any longer than that and their toast.
The 3.5 inch speakers are generally for GM g- body cars. I know I've owned at least 7 g body cars.

A constant 450W at 4Ω would require a sh*t ton of current
Power is current squared times resistance
450W = I² x 4Ω
I² = 450W/4Ω = 112.5
I = 10.6 amps!

im back from the dead lads...those speakers would be no more than 50w rms....you can tell by just looking at them guys

also for 52$ you are not going to get 450w lol

my monitor audio are advertised at 200w rms and the drivers cost 10x that each but i have blown them many times only on a 100w p/c amp....think twice before you fall for statements like this lads
