Help identifying this resistor.....

Hi all.
Hoping anyone could shed some light on what they think the 4th band is...?
I measured the resistance and got 430ohm which would make the band black... ?
Or just a coincidental faulty resistor...

[caution]

Yellow Orange Red Brown Blue = 4,320 ohms (432x10) with 0.25% tolerance.
Pull out one end and measure its resistance again?

Thanks for the reply mate. I did have one end out and measured 432ohm. Verified with a second dmm.
Guess its just a coincidental fault
