it is a member from stereo2go his tech guy said the motor needs replacing because the serial number is worn off but thanks to blu fuz I think he is ok now thanks all for your help

Possibly motor can be repaired or another possibility is there are 2 adjustable speed pots near the high/low speed switch on board which might need replacing.
