and now senator and VP al gore --a few votes from president ---WTFWTFWTF
and DOZENS of other......
TRUSTED americans in very high esteemed offices

ALL these dorks should never have ruined so many lives and their own lives

people practically expect politicians to take a vow of celibacy. i never really understood that. have you seen these dude's wives? they look like dykes. there's no real marriage there. their wives and kids are just contractual obligations to support the "wholesome, responsible" image needed to get votes. if getting daily BJs made Clinton a better Pres.? then so be it. let's hire some chick to fill that position. did Gore invent the internet? no, not really. but, should he be allowed happy ending massages? absolutely. and it happened 4 years ago! Gore wasn't even in a position of power so who cares? why didn't the hooker report it 4 years ago? did her extortion attempts fail?

eliot spitzer, on the other hand, built his entire career prosecuting prostitution while simultaneously enjoying the services. that automatically makes him a downright disgusting creep hypocrite. makes you wonder if he just threatened the girls? like, "suck it or go to jail."

Yea, I think news of this nature is largely an American thing... Granted, I haven't lived in Germany for quite some time (like 2 decades) but I do still keep somwhat in touch with what's going on over there. (Can't help it due to my family ties.) But I don't really seem to recall ever hearing much about politician sex scandals like this in the European press, unless they are reporting on what is going on over here. I'm not saying there aren't politicians over there getting their knob polished by hookers or having affairs over there, I just think the Europeans tend to leave this kind of dirty laundry alone. IIRC, there was a woman representative in the Italian parliament who was a former porn star. She was in office for quite some time and very well respected... Can you imagine the likes of Jenna Jameson in our Senate??? I'd sure watch more CSPAN, that's for sure!!!
