Ebay seller using my pic

I would just report it as stolen goods. That way eBay will at least be asking some questions (hopefully). If it came to it, I would submit a pic with the box arranged slightly differently and say "look that's not his kitchen".

Pretty optimistic price, considering that model isn't as high quality as other Sanyos.

Had this happen to me a few years ago, all I did was to replace the image with a different one. Instead of the original picture at the url in question, I uploaded the words "THIS SELLER IS A THIEVING C*** WHO WILL TAKE THE MONEY AND NOT SEND ANYTHING!" This I did in bright red lettering on a white background. Once the image had changed, I then reported the seller for using the C-word in his listing and eBay took it down for that reason which I thought fair, seeing as they weren't that interested about his using my images!

I can't believe how stupid a thief would be, to link to the image instead of downloading a copy and uploading it.
