Its a used Nikon D80 (2 years old) and a Tamron 2.8/28-75mm macro lens.
So much fun to have a good camera again!
And on this occasion I can give my boomboxes a good cleaning. Wintertime ;)

your crown 350 is so rare that most of us will never hear one -
compared to your other big crowns...

The sound is very transparent but lacks of bass. This boombox is equipped with two 4 inch speakers and two 4 inch passive radiators. The 5 Band EQ is very effektive. But naturally it isn´t able to reproduce deep bass sounds. However I like its sound a lot especially when listening to fm-radio. Its very crisp but you have to be carefill with the hights. It tends to overreproduce them.
The unit is very well build. The tuner dial feels really heavy - I think the used some sort of extra weight inside. You can feel it when you search through stations. Reception is very good.
The whole unit weights a lot more than the big Crowns while its smaller. Dimensions are 60cm x 28cm x 16cm.

ok -- thanks alot for the 350 report :-)

me and perhaps 1/2 dozen of us have a box with a very similar
4 inch set-up -
with 2 woofs and 2 radiators -
its the pioneer sk900

agree - there is an expected limit to how big and how deep the bass can be from small woofs :-D
