I finally got around to checking on the issue. It seems there was a change in encryption processing that I forgot to account for when some server stuff was upgraded. The donate form should work now.

Lol, how long has it stopped working Bobby? PayPal had been threatening mandatory changes that vendors needed to implement for some time. I held off for as long as I could since I hate to make changes for fear of breaking a site. I forgot the cut off date but I think it was around summer. Luckily, the hosting service did the updates that they were required and with the only thing missing was SSL on my part, so I purchased my certificate and luckily, neither site or PayPal module broke.
