Two questions:
1) Obviously - as I can prove by pitting my JVC RC 656 against my Mag D8443 - bigger does not necessarily mean better. But does everyone think there is a certain nostalgia value to the bigger boomers?
2) What is the absolute biggest (non-custom) boombox ever in production or sold (preferably in inches across...) I believe I saw on another post someone bought a short, very long vintage piece, possibly with three tape decks (correct me if I am wrong...)

Fatdog if we are talking width only, I remember seing the picture but can't remember the model. It gained extra width by having Surround speakers tacked on the outside of the the main speakers and it was a three piece box. I think that's the one your referring to but I could be wrong.
