Does a 9990K tuning knob Fit A 9994?

Hi,just curious,does a Sanyo M9990K tuning knob fit a Sanyo M9994 box?
I'm wondering if it being a K will fit the 9994 being mine is not a K model.
Just need to know so I can see if a 9990K knob will fit.
