No probs!...when you think about it its incredible value for money so assuming I don't bankrupt myself buying boxes I'd happily chuck a few quid in the pot every now and again to help keep this excellent site going!
Charity auction box bought! After about ten minute's deliberation over this one and the Philips Moving Sound in white with strap and zebra-stripe , I chose the box with weight, quality, a nice strong name and the real seller point for any new collector, a line in.. I really feel that's what the buyer is after these days, especially if buying for personal use and not a collection.
It's the National Panasonic RX-5300F and it's fully voltage selectable. It'll need a nice clean which I plan to start tomorrow. I'll post it in the for sale section once it's online.
You may ask what the rectangular piece of plastic in front of it is? Well last week I made purchase of my nice Hitachi TRK-8200, missing cassette window and battery cover? Well one week later, back in the same shop, something caught my eye - The battery cover in question!!! It wasn't even on the shelf where the Hitachi was found, in fact it was quite a way away! So it really came to me with some type of magic.
