Conion TCR 920 - Loose wire - Help

Restoring a Conion TCR 920 and came across this loose white wire coming from the tuner board.

Red arrow is pointing to the wire in question:


Does anyone know where the other ends goes? Short wire, about 4-5 inches. So I have narrowed it down to only 3 options.
Red circled board
Blue circled board
or black circled....area (unsure of where this leads....and this one is a less likely option)

I suspect it is the blue circled board. But if so, where?

Any help greatly appreciated.

You have to closely inspect every solder blob to see where one might have had a wire attached.

This looks suss to me.
Is the end of the white lead completely broke and showing no internals?

Docs, that is my hunch also. But I see zero signs this solder area had something connected to it, I've tried every which way to magnify that solder and it does not show signs that this was connected there.
