Well it has arrived!
It came a few hours ago so I took it apart real quick to see what's what and give it a clean.
Someone has been in before as there are no belts and it looks like it's been cleaned internally already, which is nice, just a few black spots had to be cleaned where the old belt has turned to goo. I'm assuming the previous owner couldn't find belts for it and left them as is.
There's power to both cassette drive motors and both motors run when you short the micro switch on the mech - nice.
AUX in works perfectly, the radio I couldn't test properly as I don't have an aerial although I was getting the nice static sound and what sounded like music shuffling through the frequencies.
As you can see both doors are intact, tape 1 has the little tooth broken off on the left hand side where the base of the cassette door latches and pivots (radio side), both doors are in in nice condition - just gave a quick clean as there was nicotine stains on them, and on the front panel.
I was tempted to take the tape 2 door off and use it on the C-100F, mine would be the only one with an original Conion tape door that says Tape 2, it'd confuse everyone
By the way, the doors fit the C-100 perfectly - including the two spring holes! So cool!
It's a beast, it measures 56.5 cm wide, 16.5 cm high and 26.5 cm deep (including the buttons).
She's a beauty.
Anyway, less of my waffle, here's some photos.
