ok -
this is not totally funny "on many levels "
but still...............
maybe its just kids --in florida -- in a beach community ...........
or perhaps its every age group // everywhere

but, anyway --dozens and even hundreds of kids around here
often get arrested for petty crimes -- ALWAYS related to beer & grass
now -- the jails and courts down here are way to full of serial murderers-
( and those types ) to deal with these little criminals -
so--they all get community service -
even the repeat offenders get that --
its just the time that increases -
20 - 50 - 100 hours ... like that
in this nice big community --
they give them 4 choices of what they want to clean up --
schools, little league fields, the public golf courses or the beaches
no-brainer for our local crowd
its always the beaches
our county is enormous --we have about 20 miles of public beach --
so there is always ample trash for the kiddies 
---heres the rub ( the good one )
they each get special 'official' caps and shades
and a pail and a pick-up stick//device
they walk along singing " bad boys- bad boys -- watchyagonnadoo "
by the end of the first hours of ANY given day -- at ANY beach-
these kids have picked up more hot chicks
than
hugh heffner could ever score in 5 years !!!!
word got out --
and now even the ' non-arrested' kids volunteer to clean the beaches
