Has anyone tried one of these? Amazing that they work as cassettes in your deck! Could be a great way to play some tunes without having to be wired to an MP3 player.

^ You have to push Play.

Looks cool, but i'm not a fan of having to run the tape deck motor just to hear MP3's

I'd rather just velcro an iPod Shuffle to my box

I have one as well, not too bad, the only drag on the one I have is every time you start it, it starts at the beginning of your mp3 list :-/ So you can't start where you left off. I found myself only listening to the first 5 songs!

I got one of those last year; it is cool but DON'T put a big SD card in the thing and think you're going to load it up with tons of music because there is NO WAY to manage your music on this thing. Songs play in whatever order they were copied to the card; and as previously mentioned, the player always starts from the top whenever it is powered on. You can only skip up/down on tracks and I believe there is a shuffle feature but no way to actually browse files. The best way to use this is to dig around in your desk drawer and find your old pre-1GB SD cards (you know, when we bought them by the megabyte rather than the gigabyte) and just make a mix of favorite songs. Trust me, you won't want to deal with more than like 512 megs worth of files on this. I think the remote allows you to search the player via a numeric keypad but you actually have to KNOW what number your song is!
