Can you believe people still put these in the dumpster !?

I picked up this gem from a guy who pulled it out of the dumpster at his apartment complex.

Little bit of a drive, about four hours round-trip but it was still worth it. I have never had one of these.


I'm looking for a few pieces if anyone has some laying around.

Yep, from what I can tell right now it needs the music search trim, cassette door and frame, and 1 antenna. I think the heads are stuck up on the tape so it won't power off or the power switch is bad.

Eric has a spare door and frame he is sending me.

Awesome score Joe , these are a damn nice box, I sold mine because somebody offered my 5 times what I paid for it lol.these are brick like in build quality and have the on nicest knobs and controls you can imagine.

These are heavy as hell, and the tape deck is like a bank vault, all zinc-plated & stuff.
Plus all that metal trim looks awesome in the right lighting conditions.

Great save, throw the modern stuff of today away instead, just threw out £400 worth of creative bluetooth speakers myself, god the sound was dreadful, had them for free anyway

I did use my skills to negotiate down from his ad, not sure if I want to say for how much just yet LOL.


Try to guess my price if you can. His ad said $500-800.
