I stumbled on PBS and they had one of those specials and it was this band.

Man what a show. a tribute from one of the coolest rock bands "Pink Floyd".

"Confortably Numb" on this one both guitarist hit it on the nail.

"Us and Them" the sax player was off the chain.

HOLY SHIAT!!!

I've had the pleasure of seeing Pink Floyd twice ('87 and '93) David Gilmour twice and Roger Waters twice and as a HHHHUUUUUGGGGEEEE Pink Floyd fan I gatta say this was IMPRESSIVE!

Thanks for posting this...now I gotta find this for download :sin:

Nothing beats David Gilmour and his Fender Strat, but Brit Floyd plus a little freindly smoke :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed: :weed: and I could get right into this band if they visited

Off to youtube for more Floyd fix...i wonder if they have Run Like Hell

Very cool.
I had an oppertunity to see the Australian Floyd when they came to Boston a while back. The only show was on a week night and I get up for work at 4:30, so I passed. :dunce: Yeah, I'm not always the sharpest knife in the drawer.
I think I'll bust out the Pulse DVD set and hook up these new Toby D-60 towers I just picked up. It'll have to wait until later though. It's only 7:30 AM and my neighbors endure enough torture as it is.

Cool! I usually have to drink a few adult beverages and get Comfortably Numb for some Floyd. A bit too mellow when I feel like rockin harder.
