Breakdancer BD-8000 project

Hey all, I"m back after a VERY long hiatus! I've had a few weird and wonderful boomboxes over the years and now this beast has made its way to my door. Behold, the Breakdancer BD-8000!





As you can see, much work is needed! Luckily, I only paid 30 bucks for it. I'm hoping I can clone another cassette door from the existing one. Apparently the unit powers up and some lights work - that's as much as I know right now, I'm waiting for it to travel down to me from Auckland.

I'm hoping I can clone the missing door from the one which i do have - a friend has a 3d scanner and 3d printer, so we will see what's possible
