You may know me as the weirdo who thinks every boombox should have RGB LEDs drilled into legendary GRAIL boxes but I also build computers too & love to build my own powerhouses.
This is just my Home Theater PC.
It sports:
The rare & limited INTEL i7-875K processor
The even rarer DFI DFI MI-P55-T36 iITX motherboard & FULL overclocking BIOS.
BOTH motherboard & BIOS were released for 3 months before DFI closed their
retail division due to the rise in laptop & smartphone use.
It has 4GB of TRANSCEND AXE RAM DDR3-2000 which is a very easy load for the on-die 2-channel memory controller & can OC quite well.
For video, I went with an older GTX 280 since it wasn't a gaming machine.

I pretty much use a hyper strong laptop now because of work. (Dell Precision M6XXX series.)
