the tugboats are available to guide ALL huge vessels --thru these ocean inlets and to their docks -
the captains of these monster boats --travel thru hundreds of tricky inlets and ports -
worldwide -
but none of them are officially licensed or prepared to navigate these landings
--without the
LOCAL UPDATED KNOWLEDGE from the tug captains --
the tides,the currents and the waves shift the oceans sand bottom every HOUR !!
so - only the locals are entrusted to handle that dangerous responsibility
