This Sunday is Beatswap in Chinatown (Downtown LA) and it starts at 12 noon and goes till 6pm. Myself, my wife and member Fresh Produce (Peter) will be going down with Blasters to check out the scene. Albert from Lasonic told me they will have a booth there and will be fully representing and so I felt I MUST bring one of my BIG Lasonic's with me and hit the scene.

If your going you should take the 10 West to the 101 north and take Vignes Street exit. From there you follow the rd till you hit Hill St and your there.

I hope some of you guys can get down there. We can do an [SIZE=12.727272033691406px]impromptu mini meet![/SIZE]

Man, that looks awesome! I'd be there but we're packing up this weekend so we can move to our new house next weekend.

No, didn't play any blues on my radio :lol: :no:

So, went down to China Town for Beatswap. It was killer. You wanna talk about a Blaster friendly environment. Hundreds of people, DJ's playing, music blaring and me with my TRC-935 letting it all hang out cranking some Dub Step (Liquid Stranger, DJ Blindside, Venetian Snares).

People were trippin' I must have had 40 people stop me and ask for a picture with the radio. Many more thumbs up. I was sitting on a bench cranking music, kids were walking by breaking into impromptu break dancing. It was a blast!

Saw the guys at Lasonic. Picked up some stickers and a new Lasonic hat.

Later on, met up with Peter (Fresh Produce), Adrian (Mac Daddy Freshness), their friend (already forgot his name, sorry) and Miles (=m=).

Ate some great Chinese food, wife did some shopping....it was a great day!

Of all the comments that were made today regarding my 935, the best came from Miles when he said "Damn that thing is loud!" Oh Yeah Baby! :cool:

(...and a quick shout out to Blu_Fuz, thanks again for the straps...man, it would have been a long day without it!)

You must've rented a U-Haul to get all those boxes there! I wish they held events like that around here! Hell who am I kidding I'd just settle for some sun! I like the picture of you on the bench. The young guy with his old school boomer and the old guy with his new fangled Ipod. :thumbsup:

My radio was so friggen loud at that moment! A Chinese tourist ask if he could sit between us and get his picture taken. That was funny!

It was awesome meeting up with you Chris! That 935 never seems to dissapoint its a beautiful box man.Hope we can all meet up soon and disturb the peace somewhere lol
