Anyone know what this long screw is for on deck one of the C100?

OK, so far I figured out that it actually goes into a post but mine does not have a post so I’m gonna be taking it apart and checking it again

It actually has an extra screw in mine, and it does not go to anything or serve any purpose kind of strange

I know that some decks have posts you can remove and use in a slot to secure the belt until the rear cover is put back on. then you remove the screw to pop the belt on and put it back on the rear cover for next time. That's what I did with that screw. Not sure that was its intended purpose and it's been a while since I put belts on my Conion but I remember that screw and remember removing it and using it in another hole temporarily to help me with getting the belt on the motor easier

Kind of makes sense, but I just can’t figure out how it would be used even that way because I use the post that was in the corner like I always do to hold the belt until I put the plate back on

Bill you're saying that the screw your circled in the first image doesn't have a post to screw into?
You said you're missing this post?
