Or is there a trick to getting the back off this model? I've taken all the obvious screws out but the case won't budge.

Are you a member at HiFi Engine? There isn't one listed in their download library but it's always worth asking in the message board whither someone has a copy, perhaps in exchange for a scan of something that you have and they don't.
