Amstrad 8060 Portable stereo with Turntable,
Belt change
To gain access to the turntable, lift the center silver logo, it is glued down!!, remove the circlip.
Belt removed, folded length 21cm (may have stretched), width 5mm and thickness 0.7mm
I have fitted a 20cm belt and it works fine.

Hi nice video , always good to see information passed on , seen a few of these on eBay , not bad looking , but poor quality build, Alan sugar’s company was great at making them good to the eye , but not intending them to last, hence the glued disc to access the belt, I’m glad you are keeping it working, Ade
