Did you ever find one? I'm in the same boat.
Also looking for an antenna, one of my has the end section missing.
Wish I could figure out how to print one. I have a 3d printer, but, figuring out the inside and outside dimensions is beyond my capabilities.

Would the power switch cover be the same size as the band selector one in the pic? If so a micrometer
can be used to measure it's dimensions - they're pretty cheap to buy (how that gets translated into a 3D design is beyond me), alternatively I've had reasonable success using flexible putty that hardens to a plastic on my aerial tips - see this post -http://boomboxery.com/forum/index.php/topic/30181-any-top-tips-for-aerial-tips-jvc-9475-restoration/?p=376177
