add bluetooth to TDK boom box?

i recently acquired 2 boomboxes from the TDK line introduced last year, neither of which have BT.

Anyone have suggestions/advice for the best way a non-tech person such as myself could add BT?

I assume there are small BT receivers on the market?

Isn't there a usb stick that is bluetooth that you can just plug into the usb port on the older tdk's?

i believe there is, but was wondering if anyone on this board had experience with one or the otheer.

i plan on ordering an inexpensive one from amazon and do some testing...
