9-11 boomers

I just got thinking that 2 of my latest boomboxes came from the area that the 9-11 attacks happened.....


Think about the history of a boombox from NY, how close it was to this disaster, did the owner pass on that day, did the owner survive, was this boomer covered in the tears and dust of of the disaster?

It brings a new respect for the price of these boomboxes and the history behind them.

I remember the adds for those little shops stuffed with boomers and a lot of them were in NY.
