sharp gf 999 muffled

    GF 999 tape sound suddenly muffled

    Was sounding beautiful for the last month and suddenly today, the tape sound is super muffled. I cleaned heads and still no luck. Any thoughts on what could have cause this sudden sound quality change? When I play radio its back to beautiful so def related to tape decks. Thanks!!!
