Crown CSC 950 this here for 23 euros bit cleaned and replaced the transmitter button (ok what the switch should I still wonder :-)) but it works just fine :-D

we were discussing the most iconic boomers a while back and the crown 950 may not be the most well known but i think it has the quintessential boombox look. I think its Bill who has a black one :drool:

Well, if you're "not too impressed with the bass" of your 950, you certainly won't be impressed with the bass of ANY of the big Hitachi boxes - BELIEVE THAT!!
