Some boxes work that way, the M70 might be one of them. I have an Aiwa coming today and a Panasonic tomorrow. I keep thinking "just one more", it's a terrible sickness.

I did just that, thank you. It actually had popped off after I adjusted up to notch 4. I now have it back to 1st position and all is well.
