Panasonic RX-5350 issue no sound coming from the cassette

Hello, have you ever had the issue where there's no sound coming from the cassette, even though the radio and AUX are working just fine?
I've replaced all the belts, and cassette player is spinning, but there's no sound coming out.
Any ideas where I should start looking to fix this?

Yes, that is what Hopey is saying. It needs to be exercised and cleaned with deoxit d5. Moving it back and forth 30 times usually is enough to get it to work. Record and play functions all are controlled through the record bar switch.
