M90 Cassette Deck NEED HELP

What the heck do I do about this. I believe it's a blown fusible resistor, and much more. :'-(

Just Radios keep such things in a variety of values, as do Sovcom. Maybe the wild ones are all hiding in the same place as the M70 gap seeker chips went?

I would try calling digikey and consult with the technicians. They are very good!
