Hi everybody,
May I ask a silly question? I just got my new Aiwa today and can' t figure out how the Music Memory Sensor works. I googled a lot but with no results, youtube didn't help me as well.
Maybe someone can walk me through, which buttons to push.
I would also appreciate a pdf of the owners operational manual which should answer my questins,
Thank you in advance,
BQ

There is a owners manual for the Aiwa CS 880 here in the DOWNLOAD section. It might have a similar Music Memory Sensor feature.

hifiengine has a copy. ;-) It's right HERE. Or, if you'd sooner, I have a copy on my dropbox which I'd be happy to make public for long enough if you tell me when you'd be wanting the download so that I'm not leaving the folder open for ages.

But all of that said, how about sticking with the forum and waiting? This way, you get to read all of the other great stuff we have going on.

Welcome, by the way.

While the tape is playing, you push the music search button to select the number of songs you want to skip. Then you press Fast Forward. If that doesn't work, then it's faulty.

@Beo, I got the manual from hifiengine but it is just the service manual, very helpful and interesting though since the tape deck is identical to the cs770. Do you have the operational manual as well?
@Reli, it does work perfectly as you describe it 👍 ( must have had clumsy fingers yesterday) although it irritates me that i have to hold down the FF or REW Button during search and it pushes the button back when next track is found and starts playback. - on my Panasonic RX 5600 the buttons stay down by themselves.

@all I am following the forum for a few weeks and you members have some beautiful machines!

Ah, my mistake  , I totally misunderstood and made the error of assuming that it was just the service information that you wanted. My apology for that and no, I'm afraid I don't have anything apart from the same manual that you'll have found at hifi engine.
